Our 2024 Prices

Applicable until 12/15/2024 (Note: higher rates and more restrictive conditions on partner sites where a commission is added).

NB: Exclusive rental of our "residence" rooms is not possible (meaning "without breakfast or restaurant meals"). The aquatic area will be an additional €15 per person per day. Instead, choose our furnished apartments in our annex.

Certain periods and room categories can only be booked by email or telephone. "No availability" on some sites does not always mean that the hotel is full.

• Reservations are only considered firm with a 30% deposit (50% for groups) paid by credit card, bank transfer, ANCV (3% commission), or check.
• Cancellation policy: Cancellation free of charge up to 15 days* before your arrival (2% bank charges if deposit paid by credit card). After this deadline:
• 30% of the stay retained by the hotel (50% for groups)
• If canceled less than 7 days in advance: 50% of the stay charged
• No-show or same-day cancellation: 100% of the stay charged
• Accommodation for children under 3 years old = €12/day
• Tourist tax: €1.76/day/person
• Half-board: €45/day (dinner from a single menu + breakfast)
• Buffet breakfast: €15/day (adult), €9 (child under 12)
• Locked garage: car = €9/day, motorcycle = €5/day, bicycle = €3/day (weekly car package = €50)

NB: Exclusive rental of our "residence" rooms is not possible. "No kitchen in the rooms" (meaning "without breakfast or restaurant meals"). There is a supplement of €20 per day/person for pool access. Instead, choose our furnished apartments in our annex.

• Free Wi-Fi access is available in the hotel lounge and in the rooms.
• Pets allowed in rooms: €10 per day (damages automatically charged), not allowed in the restaurant (except guide dogs and small, quiet dogs in carriers).
• Payment methods accepted: credit card, American Express, checks, cash (except €500 bills), holiday vouchers (3% commission).

Check-in from 4:30 p.m., check-out before 10:00 a.m.

Low season: reception closed from 12:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

*1 month for the week of December 31st and July 14th to 15th. August

*1 month for groups year-round (no group reception the week of December 31, during the Marseille ski holidays, and from July 14 to August 22)

In view of the current situation, we will apply the hotel and restaurant sector regulations in effect for any cancellation of stays.

We encourage you to take out cancellation insurance with your insurer.
